Originally from northern Nevada, Elliott spent their childhood moving frequently while their dad was working towards a PHD Latin American History. Now having been in Austin for 8 years they attend Austin Community College in hopes of transferring to a University to major in Spanish and Linguistics. 

Growing up vegetarian Elliott has always been strongly connected to fresh fruits and veggies. Their dream is to own and operate a farm with their partner Forest. They would like to provide their local community with produce that inspires them to live a healthier lifestyle. Having been reliant on programs like SNAP in their childhood, Elliott feels proud and excited to work on this team to provide food to this community.
